What Happens After You Book

1. Booking Confirmation
Once payment is received, your date and time are officially reserved for your group. You’ll receive a confirmation so everything is locked in.

2. Pre-Trip Details
Before your charter, we’ll send you all important details including pickup location, arrival time, and what to bring. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before departure.

3. Day of Your Charter
Arrive at the designated dock, meet your captain, and get ready to enjoy your time on the water. We handle navigation, safety, and the details.

4. Relax & Enjoy
Sit back, relax, and make memories on Lake Conroe. Whether it’s a celebration or a laid-back cruise, we focus on creating an unforgettable experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring on my boat charter?

We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable clothing, towels, and any personal items you may need. Guests are welcome to bring snacks and beverages. Please note that glass containers are not permitted.

Is Alcohol Allowed

Yes, alcohol is allowed for guests 21 and over. Please drink responsibly. Glass containers and red wine are not permitted. The captain reserves the right to limit alcohol consumption for safety.

Are dogs or pets allowed on board?

At this time, we do not allow dogs or pets on board. This helps ensure safety, cleanliness, and a comfortable experience for all guests.

How far in advance should I book a Lake Conroe boat charter?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays. Popular dates often fill up 1–2 weeks in advance, but last-minute availability may be possible. Feel free to text us to check availability.

Can I customize my private charter?
Absolutely! We strive to make each private charter a unique experience. Let us know your preferences, and we'll tailor the trip to your wishes.

How experienced are your captains and crew?

Our captains and crew are highly experienced and prioritize both safety and an enjoyable experience on the water.

Cancellation Polilcy

 

Free cancellation up to 5 days before the scheduled charter start time.
Cancellations made 3–5 days before the start time receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
If weather conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule for another available date.
